Natalie Gaines, CEO of High NRG Media LLC, began her entrepreneurial journey in Big Bear Lake, CA, armed with a digital camera and a passion for photography. From these modest beginnings, she grew High NRG Media LLC into a leading marketing agency, serving clients nationwide. Natalie's dedication to work-life balance and outdoor exploration influences the company culture, fostering client trust and lasting partnerships. Her journey from a small-town start-up founder to a successful businesswoman reflects her belief in personal growth and professional excellence. Today, Natalie continues to lead High NRG Media with innovation, client-centric values, and a commitment to surpassing expectations.
